On Sunday, March 23, former St. Joseph Regional High School standout Ansley Almonor’s current collegiate team the Kentucky Wildcats won 84-75 against the Illinois Fighting Illini in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Fiserv Forum, this was the first game against the Illinois Fighting Illini during the championship.

Ansley Almonor’s game position is forward.
