Philanthropy and community service are central components of Paola Arenas’s life. She remembers singing in nursery homes and volunteering at food banks as early as four years old. Since then, she has always wanted to be on the front lines.
Her best experience as vice president of Lambda Theta Alpha was organizing an event where students made care packages for a local hospice.
“It makes me a little emotional to think about that day, knowing that we all made that difference and to see everyone come out, it was great.”
Paola continues to help the community as philanthropy chair for the InterGreek Council. She played a part in establishing the Knights Care Pantry and continues to manage it. Her goal is to continue collecting donations and raising awareness. #FolksofFairleigh
