Nelfita Rodas | owner of the Colombia Bakery factory hackensack
Nelfita Rodas, owner of the Colombia Bakery factory hackensack, participated in the new documentary film, 'Stories on Main: Hackensack Immigrant Business Owners as Placemakers'.
Nelfita emigrated from Ecuador and studied baking in Medillin, Cali, and Bogota, Columbia. She still travels to Colombia periodically to continue studying baking and returns to Hackensack with her knowledge of new recipes back.
