The Northern New Jersey Community Foundation's Climate Action Mobilization Project (CAMP) initiative announces the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection  (NJDEP) will hold a community engagement session for Bergen County residents about environmental justice.  

Attend this session and tell DEP Commissioner Shawn LaTourette and Environmental Protection Agency  Region 2 Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for Equity Olivia Glenn your concerns.  The agency seeks to ensure all residents, regardless of race, ethnicity, color, national origin, or income are able to live, learn, work, and recreate in a healthy and clean environment and to have equal access to green space, clean energy resources, and other environmental benefits.

Date & Time: Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023, 6:00-7:30pm

Location: Mellone-Mariniello Recreation Center, 116 Holt Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601
