If you are partaking in today’s festivities, follow the tips below to keep yourself and others safe:
BEFORE going out, arrange for a designated driver or plan to use a ride-share app like Uber or Lyft. Set a drinking limit for yourself. Take a break and pace yourself.

Stay hydrated by drinking water — one glass per drink.
Don’t drink with medications that warn not to mix with alcohol.
Keep a close eye on your drinks and avoid setting them down if possible.
