On Tuesday, March 25, former St. Joseph Regional High School standout Gabriel Alvarez’s current college team, the Longwood Lancers, lost 19-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the VCU Rams.
The game took place at The Diamond. This was their second matchup against the Rams this season.
The Lancers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at Buddy Bolding Stadium against Gardner–Webb Runnin’ Bulldogs.
